蒽环类抗生素的结构及分类 蒽环类抗生素(Anthracycline Anti-biotics)或称蒽环糖苷类抗生素(Anthracy-cline glycoside Antibiotics,(以下简称蒽环素)于1950年由西德格廷根大学的H.Brock-mann教授所命名。他指的是化学结构上具有7,8,9,10-四氢丁省醌-5.12(7,8,9,10-Tetrahydrocenequinone-5,12)(图1)骨架的各种各样的糖甙。四氢丁省醌部分即甙元(Aglycone),又称为蒽环酮(Anthrac-yclinone)。它所含的蒽醌部分是分子的发色团(Chromophore)。
