将具有益气养阴清热解毒作用的中药制成抗辐射喷雾剂和口服剂，用于预防和治疗头颈部肿瘤放疗急性放射反应。结果用药组（观察组）急性放射反应Ⅰ°、Ⅱ°、Ⅲ°的发生率分别为６０％、３２．５％、７．５％；而未用药组（对照组）分别为５％、４２．５％、５２．５％。观察组急性放射反应的发生率和程度明显低于对照组，Ｐ＜０．００５。证实中药抗辐射喷雾剂和口服剂可以减轻头颈部肿瘤放疗引起的急性放射反应。
The traditional Chinese medicines with the functions of replenishing qi, nourishing yin, clearing away heat, and detoxifying are made into anti-radiation sprays and oral agents for the prevention and treatment of acute radiation reactions to radiotherapy of head and neck tumors. Results The incidences of acute radiation reactions I°, II°, and III° in the medication group (observation group) were 60%, 32.5%, and 7.5%, respectively, while those in the untreated group (control group) were 5% and 42%, respectively. .5%, 52.5%. The incidence and degree of acute radiation reaction were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.005. It was confirmed that Chinese medicine anti-radiation sprays and oral agents can relieve acute radiation reactions caused by radiotherapy of head and neck tumors.
