目的:研究精制冠心方不同极性部位抗大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发及抗氧化作用。方法:以Vc为对照,分别采用化学发光法和DPPH.法,测定精制冠心方总提取物、石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位及剩余部位抗大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发作用及抗氧化活性。结果:精制冠心方总提取物及不同极性部位对大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发具有良好的抑制作用,且均强于Vc,其中,石油醚部位抑制能力最强;而对DPPH.所产生自由基的清除作用,则是乙酸乙酯部位作用最强,但较Vc弱。结论:精制冠心方抗大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发和抗氧化的活性部位不同,原因可能是其作用机制不同。
Objective: To study the anti-rat neutrophil respiratory burst and anti-oxidative effects of different parts of refined Guanxin Recipe. Methods: Vc as a control, respectively, by chemiluminescence and DPPH. Determination of total extract of refined coronary heart, petroleum ether, ethyl acetate parts and the remaining parts of the rat anti-inflammatory neutrophil respiratory burst and anti-oxidation active. Results: The total extract of Guanxin Fang and different polarity sites had a good inhibitory effect on respiratory burst of neutrophils in rats, and were stronger than Vc, of which petroleum ether had the strongest inhibitory effect on DPPH. Produce free radical scavenging effect, the role of ethyl acetate strongest role, but weaker than Vc. CONCLUSION: Purified Guanxin Recipe has different effects on respiration and antioxidant activity of neutrophils in rats. The reason may be that its mechanism of action is different.
