1.振动轮结构振动轮既是双钢轮振动压路机的行走装置,又是其工作装置。压实沥青路面时,振动轮直接作用于沥青面层,为此振动轮结构直接影响沥青路面的压实质量和压实效率。(1)振动轮直径振动轮直径越大,曲率越小,振动轮弧面越平滑,所受到的行驶阻力越小,路面平整度越高,起步越平稳。若振动轮直径过大,将导致压实影响深度较浅,使达到相同密实度的碾压遍数增加,甚至在压实较厚摊铺层时难以压实
