家人聚会或有朋友来家里聚餐,免不了要喝酒,喝酒少不了佐酒菜肴。那么如何烹饪才能让大家吃得舒服又不伤身体?做菜时宜放些糖酒的主要成分是乙醇,进入人体经肝脏分解转化后才能排出体外,这样就会加重肝脏的负担。所以做下酒菜时,应适当选用几款保肝食品。糖对肝脏有保护作用,下酒菜里可适量加些糖,最好有一两款甜菜,如糖醋鱼、糖藕片、糖炒花生米等。做几道富含蛋白质的菜饮酒不当,会影响人体的新陈代谢,出现蛋白质缺乏。因此,下酒菜里应有含蛋白质丰富的食品,如松花蛋、家常豆腐、清炖鸡、烧排骨等等。
