人才竞争是企业竞争的基础,因而,如何吸引人才,如何保持与激励已经拥有的优秀员工成为现代企业人力资本管理的关键。近期,我国有关人才流动的研究发现,目前国内外资、私营企业中的高中级管理层、技术层中,几乎有70%以上的人员来自国有企业。一些国有企业被戏谑为同行业的外资企业和私营企业的“人才储备库”。 人才大量外流的现象使国有企业的老总们感到困惑,自己辛辛苦苦培养起来的管理者和技术人员,已经在本企业中拥有一定的地位和权力,经济收入也不低,为什么要频繁跳槽呢?
Talent competition is the basis of competition in the enterprise. Therefore, how to attract talents, how to maintain and motivate the outstanding employees who already have, become the key to human capital management in modern enterprises. Recently, a study on the flow of talent in our country found that at present, over 70% of senior and middle-level management and technical layers in domestic and foreign-funded private enterprises come from state-owned enterprises. Some state-owned enterprises have been bantered as “talent pools” for foreign-funded and private-owned enterprises in the same industry. The phenomenon of large numbers of outflows of talents confused CEOs of state-owned enterprises. Their managerial and technical personnel who have worked hard to cultivate have enjoyed certain status and power in the enterprise, and their economic incomes are not low. Why do we need to frequently quit? ?
