目的 :研究狗脊炮制后的刺激性成分。方法 :用升华法制备样品 ,用薄层层析法分离 ,用光谱法鉴定。结果 :首次从狗脊升华物中分离鉴定了 5 羟甲基糠醛 ,并证明了是由果糖或葡萄糖脱水转化而成 ,同时证明砂烫品中也含有此成分。结论 :5 羟甲基糠醛有一定的刺激性 ,但不是狗脊炮制品唯一的刺激性成分 ,可作为狗脊炮制品的一个指标物质
Objective : To study the stimulatory components after processing the dog’s ridge. Methods : Samples were prepared by sublimation method, separated by thin layer chromatography and identified by spectroscopic method. RESULTS : For the first time, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural was isolated and identified from the sublimation of the dog’s ridge, and it was proved that it was dehydrated and converted from fructose or glucose. It was also proved that this product was also contained in the sandblast. Conclusion : 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural has certain irritability, but it is not the only stimulatory component of the dog’s rib processing product. It can be used as an index substance of the dog spine products.
