我校是一所拥有四个校区、111个教学班的集团化小学,最大的年级组有14个教学班。多校区、大规模的办学现实给教育教学管理提出了很大的挑战。在教学评价与指导中,沿用传统单体学校管理中的进班听课、个别指导等方式,已不能适应现实需求。在实践中,我们重点试行了“年级组调研”这一教学质量管理形式,并在实践中不断完善优化,取得了良好的管理效果。“年级组调研”是以年级组为调研单位,以学科教
