在初中基础教育阶段,学生刚刚接触物理时往往会被千变万化的物理现象所吸引,对于物理学习表现出浓厚的兴趣和无限的向往。但是随着学习的不断深入,很多学生会被抽象的物理概念和知识吓倒,尤其是那些基础差、学习能力比较低的学生,他们的认知水平有限,随着学习难度的增加,相当一部分学生会出现掉队现象,从而失去学习物理的兴趣和信心,于是出现物理后进生。要想有效提高初中物理课堂教学质量,就必须做好后进生的转化工作,深入了解学生出现问题的原因,制定相应的对策。
