我国一直以来都在积极地推进机械制造行业发展。自进入21世纪以来,各行各业都进入飞速发展的阶段,与此同时,我国的机械制造行业的发展速度也越来越快,在我国机械制造行业快速发展的今天,人才的缺乏问题也越来越突出,在机械制造行业,很多岗位出现了无人可用的现象,或者是岗位的就职人员操作技能不牢靠、专业素质较低的情况。不管是哪一种情况,对机械行业的发展都造成了不可忽视的制约因素,因此,就要求在机械人才的培养上要与时俱进,培养出更多、专业技能更扎实的机械人才。机械人才的培养势在必行,但是机械人才的培养离不开机械教学,随着社会经济的快速发展,对机械制造的要求也越来越严格。传统的机械教学方法,因为其落后性、不科学性显然已经不能适应新时期的人才培养的要求,鉴于此种情况,对传统的教学方法的变革已提上日程,采用现代教学方法进行教学是必然的发展趋势。本文针对机械教学中的现代教学方法趋势进行了深入地分析,并提出相关建议,为机械人才的培养创造条件。
