提出知识型人才的引进与流动是图书馆人员引进与流动的重点,阐明图书馆对知识型人才的素质要求,探讨知识型人才引进中存在的共性问题,分析其流失的主要原因是知识型人才本身隐含流动的因素、就业与用人观念的变化及缺乏有效的激励,论述图书馆应该采取多种激励方式、调整用人观念和发挥人才群体优势等对策。
