为建立尿中甲苯的顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱测定方法,将尿样中的甲苯经固相微萃取头,在萃取温度为50℃、硫酸铵加入量为1 g、搅拌速度为500 r/min的条件下萃取5 min;80℃解吸3 min,采用气相色谱法进行测定。结果表明,在3.3~173.4μg/L线性范围内,所得甲苯的回归方程为y=1.876 9x+0.262 9,r=0.998 7。该方法的检出限为1.0 ng/ml,定量下限为3.3 ng/ml,平均回收率为89.1%~98.4%,RSD为4.61%~8.74%。提示该方法具有操作简便快速、污染小、重现性好、线性范围宽等特点,适用于尿中甲苯的检测。
In order to establish a method for the determination of toluene in urine by headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography, the toluene in the urine samples was subjected to solid-phase microextraction. The extraction temperature was 50 ℃, the amount of ammonium sulfate added was 1 g and the stirring speed was 500 r / min extraction conditions 5 min; 80 ° C desorption 3 min, determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that the regression equation of the obtained toluene was y = 1.876 9x + 0.262 9, r = 0.998 7 in the linear range of 3.3 ~ 173.4μg / L. The detection limit of this method was 1.0 ng / ml. The lower limit of quantification was 3.3 ng / ml. The average recovery was 89.1% -98.4%. The RSD was 4.61% -8.74%. It is suggested that the method is simple, rapid, low pollution, good reproducibility and wide linear range. It is suitable for the detection of toluene in urine.
