信息化临时专项工作都有一些共同的特点,是一次性临时布置的重点工作,事件紧,任务重,却往往不在年度或月度工作计划之列的,因此没有固定的流程支撑其运行。在周期的工作评估时,这部分的工作往往会被忽视,但实际上一个专项工作往往会耗费几个信息化从业人员大量的工作时间和精力,引起工作评估的失真。信息中心对这些专项工作进行周密的分析发现,这些工作一般都具备信息化项目管理的基本特征。因此通过不断的摸索,寻找到这些工作和“信息化项目生命周期管理”方法的相通性,建立“协同项目”的管理流程分类将这些工作通过固定的流程落地运行。
Information temporary special work has some common features, is a one-time temporary layout of the key work, the incident tight, heavy tasks, but often not in the annual or monthly work plan, there is no fixed process to support its operation. This part of the work tends to be overlooked during periodic job evaluation. However, in fact, a special job often consumes a large amount of working time and energy of a few informatization practitioners, causing distortion in job evaluation. A detailed analysis of these special tasks by the information center shows that these tasks generally have the basic characteristics of information project management. Therefore, through continuous exploration, find the work and the “information project life cycle management” method of interoperability, the establishment of “collaborative project” management process classification will be these processes through a fixed process landing operation.
