袋栽木耳是东北地区木耳生产的主要栽培方式.据调查,不少专业户及部分食用菌厂,因多种原因常有大批菌袋不能在冬前出耳.笔者在室内进行加温出耳试验表明,不仅投资大,管理复杂,且出耳期杂菌污染率在18%以上,比常规栽培减产28.7%.针对这一问题,我们于1989~1990年进行了菌袋越冬保存至次年春季出耳的试验,摸索菌袋越冬保存的可行性,为生产提供科学依据,现将结果报告如下:
