北京第二毛纺织厂是一个拥有毛条4套,毛精纺15000锭,毛针织绒5000锭的综合毛纺企业,具备年产4000吨毛条,400万米精纺毛织品和1200吨毛线的生产能力。1989年以前,经济效益遥遥领先,在创造规模效益上具备相当的优势。从1990年开始,由于企业外部宏观环境发生变化,优势变成劣势,形势严峻,企业亏损,向我们提出了新的挑战。如何探讨一条创造品种质量效益的新路,已成为关系企业生死存亡的大事。为此,我们坚持用战略的眼光看待品种质量工作,把调整品种结构、提高产品质量当成企业的生命线,调整经营战略,制定质量规划,从适应市场出发,从难、从严、从头做起。经过两年多的努力,创造了一条以质量保信誉,以品种求效益,以科技促振兴,以开拓增活力的新路。 一、抓思想观念转变,树立全员的质量意识 从1991年开始,在认真分析企业内外部环境,总结正反两方面经验的基础上,我们调
