目的调查确定青海省3县啮齿类标本中伯氏疏螺旋体带菌情况。方法从青海省互助、泽库和祁连县共采集啮齿类动物202只,采用巢式PCR方法检测其伯氏疏螺旋体的带菌率。结果采用巢式PCR方法检测啮齿类动物标本202份,阳性49份,伯氏疏螺旋体平均阳性率为24.26%。其中互助县标本共67份,阳性12份,阳性率为17.91%;泽库县标本共78份,阳性27份,阳性率为34.62%;祁连县标本共57只,阳性10份,阳性率为17.54%。3个县的啮齿类动物伯氏疏螺旋体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.40,P<0.05)。结论青海省互助、泽库和祁连县啮齿类动物中均存在伯氏疏螺旋体感染,应进一步对当地的媒介和人群进行调查,从而为当地莱姆病的防控提供参考。
Objective To investigate the detection of Borrelia burgdorferi in rodents of 3 counties in Qinghai Province. Methods Totally 202 rodents were collected from Huzhu, Zeku and Qilian counties in Qinghai Province. The nerobarial PCR method was used to detect the carriage rate of Borrelia burgdorferi. Results Nested PCR was used to detect 202 rodent samples, 49 were positive, and the average positive rate of Borrelia burgdorferi was 24.26%. Among them, there were 67 samples of Huzhu County, with 12 positives, the positive rate was 17.91%; 78 samples were positive in Zeku County, 27 were positive, the positive rate was 34.62%; 57 were positive in Qilian 17.54%. The positive rates of Borrelia burgdorferi in three counties were statistically different (χ2 = 7.40, P <0.05). Conclusion Borrelia burgdorferi infection exists in rodents in Huzhu, Zeku and Qilian counties of Qinghai Province, and local media and people should be further investigated to provide reference for the prevention and control of local Lyme disease.
