本研究以学习者态度为导向,旨在通过设计、检验并应用一套评价课程管理系统(CMS)有效性的工具,以获取CMS有效性评价的实证经验及评价工具。评价工具的设计以技术接受模型(TAM)为理论依据,以Sun(2003)学习系统有效性评价工具的四个模块为类别,并根据CMS的技术特性和资源特性设计问卷项,从而产生“学生用户CMS使用反馈调查表”。用该量表对两个班的CMS学生用户实施问卷调查后,以所获数据对量表进行信度和效度检验,并分析学生用户对所用CMS的使用反馈。
The study is oriented towards learners and is designed to capture, test and apply a set of tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the CMS to gain empirical experience and assessment tools for CMS effectiveness evaluation. The design of the evaluation tool is based on the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and the four modules of the Sun (2003) Learning System Effectiveness Evaluation Tool. The design of the questionnaire is based on the technical characteristics and resource characteristics of the CMS, resulting in a “ Student User CMS uses feedback survey ”. After questionnaire surveys were conducted on CMS users in both classes using the questionnaire, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested based on the data obtained and student users’ feedback on their use of CMS was analyzed.
