试图用理论分析方法来说明旋流闪速浮选对减少有价重矿物在磨矿分级回路中的过磨所起作用的原因。首先应用前人的研究方法,得出了旋流分选器中流场的三维速度的数值解,并在此基础上,经过合理的简化和抽象,应用平衡轨道理论.得出了旋流闪速浮选对目的矿物的分离粒度与结构参数和操作参数之间的函数关系,从理论上初步明确了旋流闪速浮选在磨矿分级回路中起作用的原因;并用上述理论分析了影响旋流闪速浮选的主要因素。
Attempted to use theoretical analysis method to explain the swirling flash flotation to reduce the role of heavy and valuable minerals in the grinding grading loop over the mill. Firstly, the numerical solution of the three-dimensional velocity of the flow field in the cyclone separator is obtained by using the previous research methods. On the basis of this, the theory of equilibrium orbit is applied through reasonable simplification and abstraction. The relationship between the segregation granularity of the target minerals and the structural parameters and operating parameters was obtained, and the reasons for the role of the swirling flash flotation in the grinding and classification circuit were clarified theoretically. The main factors influencing the swirling flash flotation are analyzed by the above theories.
