腊月二十三,我在老北京聚居的后海附近胡同里寻找过年的影迹。所期待的家家户户挂灯笼、贴窗花对联的景象没有出现。街上冷冷清清的,有一个街道干部模样的年轻人在画过年的板报,黑板上的“安全过年,文明过年”的口号难道是新年节美术的一种形式吗?只有烟袋斜街的一些古董店为了过年着实打扮了一番,红灯笼、剪纸窗花、布挂件,红红火火的有些过年的气氛。可是,那些“五毒”、“九龙”布挂件似乎是为端午节而设的,与过年关系不大。店主们似乎不大在乎这些,或许只是想靠它们营造些过年的气氛,增添些商机吧。
