中日两国传统文化具有很强的相似性,但因为两国国情和历史发展轨迹不同,近现代形成的新时代文化又存在着明显的差异,文化的差异也体现在企业管理制度中。日本在华企业应根据中日两国文化的特点和在不同文化环境下中日企业管理制度的差异,进行管理制度的本地化变革。
The traditional cultures of China and Japan have strong similarities. However, due to the different national conditions and historical development paths between the two countries, there is a clear difference in the culture of the new era formed in the modern times. Cultural differences are also reflected in the enterprise management system. Japanese enterprises in China should carry out the localization reform of the management system according to the characteristics of the cultures of China and Japan and the differences in the management systems of enterprises between China and Japan in different cultural environments.
