施工地段地质情况复杂,路面下土壤中砖瓦、石头较多,震动钻进很困难。底层中砂较密实,含土量小,钻进后回淤很快“抱管”故障时有发生。根据这些特殊情况,采用了新设计的射水钻头和投球器,在射流不间断的情况下改变射束的喷射方向,克服了以上困难,施工得以顺利进行。其施工顺序、工艺及工艺分析如下: (1)根据设计放线确定旋喷桩位,按施工方案布置好施工机具的相互位置,如图
