目的 解除泪道阻塞 ,使泪道保持通畅。方法 对门诊慢性泪囊炎及先天性泪道阻塞患者 5 6例 ( 72眼 ) ,行泪道探通并留置 10～ 2 0min ,取出探针后先用丝裂霉素冲洗泪道 ,再缓慢注入贝复舒滴眼液 ,以后每日先锋霉素V和地塞米松冲洗液冲洗后注入贝复舒滴眼液 ,连续 1周后减少冲洗次数。结果 5 6例中 ,1次探通治愈者 35例 ,占 6 2 5 %;重复探通治愈者 15例 ,占 2 6 8%;未愈者 6例 ,占 10 7%。结论 探通术后丝裂霉素冲洗泪道联合贝复舒滴眼液内留置 ,能治愈泪道阻塞。
Objective To lift the lacrimal duct obstruction, so that lacrimal passages remain open. Methods Fifty-six patients (72 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis and congenital lacrimal duct obstruction in clinic were probed for lacrimal passage and left for 10-20 min. After removing the probe, the lacrimal duct was washed with mitomycin and then slowly Injections Beisu Shu eye drops, after each day of Vanguard ADM and dexamethasone rinse rinse infused Bei Fu Shu eye drops, after a week to reduce the number of flushing. Results Of the 56 cases, 35 cases (56.25%) were cured once, and 15 cases (26.8%) were healed repeatedly. Six cases failed to heal, accounting for 107%. Conclusions The exploration of mitomycin ROP after probing combined with befufush eye drops indwelling, can cure lacrimal duct obstruction.
