随着我国社会经济体制的不断健全,实体经济呈现出一片欣欣向荣的景象。在这样的背景下,社会上对电力相关的服务提出了更高的要求。在我国特有的经济体制中,供电企业属于国有成分,为社会以及用电企业提供优质的电力服务也是供电企业承担社会责任彰显社会形象的内在需求。本文以供电企业的业扩报装工作为研究对象,探讨了供电企业在营销过程中业扩报装与供电服务之间的关系,并为优化供电服务提供了一些建议。
As China’s social and economic system continues to improve, the real economy has shown a thriving scene. In this context, the society places higher demands on power-related services. In our country’s unique economic system, the power supply enterprises are state-owned components, providing high-quality power services to society and power-consuming enterprises, and also the inherent needs of power supply enterprises to shoulder social responsibility and social image. In this paper, the power supply enterprises in the industry to expand their work as a research object, discusses the power supply enterprises in the marketing process and the expansion of power supply services installed between the relationship, and to optimize the power supply services provided some suggestions.
