市十三届人大一次会议以来,全市法院认真践行社会主义法治理念,努力为大局服务,为人民司法,各项工作得到了新的发展。五年来,全市法院共审结和执行各类案件110828件,同比上升43.4%。其中,市中院审结和执行各类案件9638件,同比上升44.5%,为衡阳经济社会发展作出了积极贡献。 Since the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress of the city, the courts in the whole city have conscientiously implemented the socialist concept of the rule of law, worked hard for the overall interests and made judgments for the people and made new progress in their work. In the past five years, 110,828 cases of various kinds have been concluded and enforced by courts in the city, an increase of 43.4% over the same period of last year. Among them, the City Intermediate People’s Court concluded and executed 9,638 cases of all kinds, up by 44.5% over the same period of last year, making a positive contribution to the economic and social development of Hengyang.
