依照劳动合同建立劳动关系,已经成为当下用人单位与劳动者确立定劳动关系、明确双方权利和义务的主要法律凭证,这对于完善劳动关系具有十分重要的意义,对我国现阶段的社会主义市场经济发展有积极作用,也有利于促进用人单位的深化改革,提高用人单位的经济效益。但现阶段,很多劳动合同管理制度存在大量问题,这就需要不断完善和健全。基于此,阐述当前完善劳动合同管理制度需要坚持的原则,以及如何更好地建立健全劳动合同管理制度。
