为了有效提高山楂多糖的提取率,采用微波法,对料液比、浸提温度、微波功率和微波时间4个因素进行正交试验。结果表明:采用料液比1︰20、浸提温度60℃、微波功率560 W、微波时间3分钟的工艺提取山楂多糖效率较高,平均提取率为1.53%;且提取效果较稳定,重复性较好。该工艺在一定程度上提高了山楂多糖的提取率,且速度快、操作便捷,是理想的山楂多糖提取新工艺。
In order to effectively improve the extraction rate of hawthorn polysaccharides, the microwave method was used to orthogonalize the four factors, the ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature, microwave power and microwave time. The results showed that polysaccharides extracted from hawthorn had a high extraction efficiency of 1.53% with a ratio of solid to liquid of 1:20, extraction temperature of 60 ℃, microwave power of 560 W and microwave time of 3 minutes. The extraction efficiency was stable and reproducible better. The process to a certain extent, improve the extraction rate of Hawthorn polysaccharide, and fast, easy to operate, is an ideal new technology of Hawthorn polysaccharide extraction.
