一般在立车上加工2级精度以上的孔,都是采用车刀试切加工,这样不但要求操作者有较熟练的技术,同时耗费工时多,精度、光洁度以及孔径尺寸的一致性也不易达到。一车间工人改进了加工方法,采用浮动铰刀,搪φ300D孔,而我厂使用的C534J_1立车,没有回转刀架,刀排只能固定在方刀夹上,这就产生了浮动镗刀排与立车花盘的回转中心不一致问题,为了解决这个问题,我们设计了个刀夹(如附图),将此刀夹夹固体1用锥销和螺钉固定在方刀夹上,再将刀排
