本实验利用大体解剖法,糖元消耗法和去神经法证实,家兔的半腱肌由近侧亚部和远侧亚部连续排列组成,各有一条肌神经的第一级分支支配。家兔的半膜肌则由固有半膜肌和副半膜肌两部分组成,其中副半膜肌又分为背侧,腹侧和外侧三个平行排列的亚部。但其肌神经的分支是以交叉重叠的方式分布到各个亚部。按亚部分别取材作肌球蛋白ATP酶反应,以确定各亚部的肌纤维型构成及分布。骨骼肌内肌纤维型的分布状况可能与亚部的排列方式有关。
In this experiment, the gross anatomy, glycogen depletion and denervation were used to confirm that the semitendinosus muscle of rabbits consisted of the proximal suborder and the distal subarea arranged in succession, each of which had the first branch of the muscular nerve dominated. Rabbit’s semimembranosus consists of two parts of the intrinsic semimembranosus and semimembranos, which is divided into the dorsal, ventral and lateral three parallel subarray. However, the branches of the muscular nerves are distributed to each sub-region in a superimposed manner. According to the sub-sub-made myosin ATPase reaction to determine the sub-part of the muscle fiber type composition and distribution. The distribution of skeletal muscle fibers may be related to the arrangement of the subunits.
