目的:观察醒脑静注射液联合单唾液酸神经节苷酯注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将70例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各35例,对照组予西医常规治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予醒脑静注射液联合单唾液酸神经节苷酯治疗。14 d为1个疗程,治疗结束后比较两组患者临床效果、治疗前后脑电图改变及神经功能缺损程度评分(NIHSS)及血液流变学相关指标(全血高切黏度、低切黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原含量)的变化等指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.4%,明显高于对照组的66.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后脑电图及神经功能缺损均有一定程度好转,但治疗组改善更明显,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后全血高切黏度、低切黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原含量均较前有改善(P<0.05),但治疗组各指标改善更明显(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液合单唾液酸神经节苷酯治疗急性脑梗死可提高疗效,有效改善患者神经功能、脑电图异常状况、血液流变学指标及预后。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of xingnaojing injection combined with monosialoganglioside injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Seventy patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table. Each group had 35 cases. The control group received routine treatment of Western medicine. The treatment group was given Xingnaojing injection Combination of monosialoganglioside treatment. 14 d for a course of treatment, after treatment, the clinical effects of two groups were compared, before and after treatment EEG changes and neurological deficit score (NIHSS) and hemorheology related indicators (whole blood high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, Plasma specific viscosity, fibrinogen content) changes and other indicators. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.4%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (66.7%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05); EEG and neurological deficit improved after treatment , But the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The high blood viscosity, the low blood viscosity, the plasma specific viscosity and the fibrinogen content of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before (P <0.05), but the improvement of each index in treatment group was more obvious (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Xingnaojing injection combined with monosialoganglioside in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve the curative effect, effectively improve the neurological function, EEG abnormalities, hemorheological parameters and prognosis.
