以中国矿业大学图书馆为例，通过分析该馆外文过刊利用的现状，探讨高等学校图书馆外文过刊利用率较低的原因，并提出提高高校图书馆外文过刊利用率的设想。 Taking China University of Mining and Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the reasons for the low utilization of foreign magazines in colleges and universities by analyzing the current situation of the use of foreign magazines in the museum and puts forward some proposals to improve the utilization rate of foreign magazines in colleges and universities.
