本文基于N-S方程和两相紊流的κ-ε-A_p模型。采用贴体座标系和交错网格系统,对泵-水轮机转轮内部泵工况含沙两相紊流进行三维数值模拟。对于设计工况和偏离设计工况分别分析其两相紊流特性,得出了转轮内部流场、压力场的分布。并基于颗粒相速度分布用实验模型预测了磨蚀率。
This paper is based on the N-S equation and the κ-ε-A_p model for two-phase turbulence. The three-dimensional numerical simulation of turbulent two-phase turbulent flow in internal pump condition of pump-turbine runner is carried out by using the body coordinate system and the staggered grid system. The two-phase turbulent characteristics were analyzed separately for the design conditions and the deviation design conditions, and the distribution of flow field and pressure field inside the rotor was obtained. The abrasion rate was predicted by the experimental model based on the particle velocity distribution.
