提出一种激光局部强化方法提高缺口疲劳裂纹萌生抗力.运用单道技术使无搭接的硬化层这个因素独立出来,运用双道技术模拟搭接处理方式.研究无搭接情况和模拟搭接情况下激光强化对疲劳断裂的影响和疲劳失效断口的宏观与微观形貌特征.能够说明搭接方式本身所致弱化的事实和微观断裂机理.
A laser local strengthening method is proposed to improve the notch fatigue crack initiation resistance. The use of single-channel technology so that no overlap of the hardened layer of this factor independent of the use of dual-channel technology to simulate the lap processing. The influence of laser strengthening on fatigue fracture without laps and lapped lap and the macroscopic and microscopic features of fatigue failure fracture were studied.
