泡沫玻璃和微晶泡沫玻璃作为新型建筑材料,国内研究较少.笔者在大量试验的基础之上,研制出了容重小、强度大的微晶泡沫玻璃和泡沫玻璃产品.其中,微晶泡沫玻璃的强度足以使其作为轻质的承重墙体材料,泡沫玻璃产品可作为轻质的非承重墙体材料.并且,笔者在对它们的结构、性能进行测试的基础之上,探讨了其形成机理,为工业化生产及系列产品的开发、研究奠定了基础
Foam glass and microcrystalline foam glass as a new type of building materials, less domestic research. Based on a large number of experiments, the author developed microcrystalline foam glass and foam glass products with small bulk and high strength. Among them, the strength of microcrystalline foam glass is enough to make it a lightweight load-bearing wall material, and foam glass products can be used as lightweight non-load-bearing wall materials. Moreover, on the basis of testing their structure and performance, the author has discussed the formation mechanism and laid the foundation for the development and research of industrialized production and series of products
