铁道车辆的运用必然伴随车轮磨损问题,为了充分发挥薄轮缘等级镟修的优势,提出“以磨代车”的小切削量轮对磨削修型技术。通过分析轮对在镟修过程中的振动情况,找到了影响振动的主要原因,即车轴弯曲变形。通过车轮磨削试验,结果表明:车轮材质是不难磨的,车轴弯曲变形导致磨削工艺系统刚性较差,带托架的轮对装夹装置抗振效果明显提高。同时,合理的砂轮类型、进给方式和磨削要素等也是影响轮对磨削加工效率和质量的重要因素。

By analyzing the vibration of the wheelset during repair, the main reason that affects the vibration is found, that is, the axle is bent and deformed. The wheel grinding test shows that the material of the wheel is not hard to grind, the bending deformation of the axle causes the rigidity of the grinding process system to be poor, and the anti-vibration effect of the wheel clamping device with the bracket is obviously improved. At the same time, reasonable wheel types, feeding methods and grinding elements are also important factors affecting the efficiency and quality of wheelset grinding.
