目的探讨南海驻岛礁官兵守礁前后血清微量元素的变化及微量元素变化对其它生理指标的影响,为守礁部队预防保健工作提供理论依据。方法选择2008年7-10月成建制守礁官兵158名,年龄在19~40岁之间,对照组为成建制的综合补给舰官兵104名,年龄在19~42岁之间。对以上人员进行微量元素及部分酶类、酯类、核酸代谢、血细胞分析、激素检测。结果守礁部队微量元素在守礁后铜和镁有所增高但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),锌和钙明显上升(P<0.05),铁明显下降(P<0.05);红细胞、血红蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、肌酸激酶、尿酸、甘油三酯、胆固醇有所增高但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);红细胞体积、高密度胆固醇降低和睾酮、低密度胆固醇增高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论守礁官兵铁的食物来源虽丰富,可能是维生素缺乏,铁的吸收、利用、转运受到影响,使平均红细胞体积降低,有小细胞贫血的危险;锌和锌/铜失调使高密度胆固醇和低密度胆固醇改变有显著差异,需防止高脂血症;锌的增高可能使睾酮合成上升,需防止粉刺和痤疮,特别是防止情绪激动的发生。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum trace elements and the effects of trace elements on other physiological indexes before and after the reefs were stationed in the islands and reefs of the South China Sea, and provide a theoretical basis for prevention and care work of defensive units. METHODS: From July to October in 2008, 158 officers and soldiers were rebuilt and reef-locked, aged 19 to 40 years old. Conclusions Although the source of food for defensive and reef officers and soldiers is rich in iron, it may be due to lack of vitamins. The absorption, utilization and transport of iron are affected. The average volume of erythrocytes is reduced and there is a risk of small cell anemia. The imbalance of zinc and zinc / Low-density cholesterol changes have significant differences in the need to prevent hyperlipidemia; zinc increased testosterone may lead to increased synthesis, the need to prevent acne and acne, in particular, to prevent the occurrence of emotional excitement.
