在伟大领袖毛主席“农业的根本出路在于机械化”的光辉指示指引下,为解决水稻拔秧的繁重劳动,我县农机厂和农机研究所自一九七二年开始研制人力拔秧机。三年多来,进行了八十多次试验改进,先后改进制造一百五十多台样机。在区内外六个省市进行了多点适应性及可靠性试验。大面积多点试验表明,机具结构简单,操作方便,伤、断秧少,装秧均匀整齐,比人工拔秧提高功效2~4倍,因此,受到广大贫下中农的热烈欢迎。机具已于一九七五年九月鉴定定型,投入批量生产。适应范围 1.该机适宜拔取壮硬茎秆,自然高度为150~350毫米的秧苗,秧根一般要求短于30毫米。 2.秧畦宽度不小于1200毫米,播种幅宽1000~
