21世纪是经济全球化的时代,也是企业正向着文化管理阶段迈进的时代。企业文化作为新的管理理论受到了我国管理理论界和企业界的广泛关注,同时,绩效管理作为人力资源管理的核心也受到管理者的广泛推崇。重新认识企业文化以及如何正确处理企业文化与绩效管理的关系,对企业管理者具有非常重要和现实的意义。
The 21st century is an era of economic globalization and an era in which enterprises are moving towards the stage of cultural management. As a new management theory, corporate culture has drawn much attention from management circles and business circles in our country. At the same time, performance management, as the core of human resources management, has been widely respected by managers.
