成品油管道顺序输送时,通常采用“两刀切”方式进行汽柴油混油段切割,采用“一刀切”方式进行汽油切割,不同批次的油品亦采用相同的切割比例,这种切割工艺已不能满足精细化管理的需要。通过计算机模拟仿真和现场切割试验进行了相关研究:采用计算流体动力学分析软件对切割时的混油段在进入纯净成品油罐后的扩散过程进行了仿真计算,结果表明,该混油段可较好地扩散至纯净油品中;在某成品油管道进行了混油切割试验,证明了在油品具有较高质量潜力的前提下,利用混油在纯净油品中的扩散性,适当提高混油切割比例,尤其是汽油切割比例的空间较为巨大,可大量减少混油存量,降低混油处理费用;推荐了汽柴混油切割比例计算方法,并以实例进行了应用说明。
