广东国际大厦由裙房与主塔楼组成,为满足功能要求对其进行改造。对大跨种植屋面采用预应力钢结构体系,并首次提出先铰接后刚接的设计思路。介绍阻尼器的设计方法,并解决宴会厅框架柱二阶效应的力学问题。针对边梁受扭问题,也给出了新的设计思路。阻尼器的使用,缩短了工期也节约了造价;同时通过充分的计算分析,能够确保结构安全。
Guangdong International Tower consists of a podium and a main tower, which are modified to meet functional requirements. The prestressed steel structure system is adopted for the long-span planted roofing and the design idea of the first connection of the pre-stressed steel structure is proposed for the first time. Introduce the design method of the damper and solve the mechanics problem of the second-order effect of the banquet hall frame column. In view of the problem that the side beam is twisted, new design ideas are also given. Damper use, shorten the construction period also saves cost; at the same time through full calculation and analysis, to ensure structural safety.
