本文在简易自来水供应巳基本解决的嘉定县农村,对106例腹泻病病例进行1:2配比的病例对照研究。在配合条件Logistic回归模型中采用了各项因素多水平分析法。经单因素和多因素分析结果表明,便后不洗手、用河水洗抹布、洗碗后用抹布擦、碗橱不常清洗等是与腹泻病有关的危险因素。为此,在开展改水工作的同时要加强个人卫生和家庭卫生等健康教育,以便更有效地预防和控制腹泻病的流行。 In this paper, simple tap water supply has been basically settled in Jiading County of rural areas, 106 cases of diarrhea cases 1: 2 ratio of case-control study. The univariate and multivariate analysis showed that after washing hands, rinsing the cloth with river water, wiping with a rag dish after dishwashing, and occasional cleaning of cupboards were all the risk factors associated with diarrhea.
