随着英语教学理论的不断进步,人们越来越多地认识到单纯的语法教学不能培养适应社会需求的人才。因此,通识教育被当做大学英语改革的新方向。通识教育的内容及教学模式关系到大学英语教学改革的成败,亟需广大教师和专家的探讨。正是在这样的背景下,通过大学英语通识教育教学实践,对自身教学进行反思,以期为通识教育的发展提出良好建议。
With the continuous progress of English teaching theory, people are increasingly aware that simple grammar teaching cannot train talents that meet the needs of society. Therefore, general education is taken as the new direction of college English reform. The content and teaching mode of general education are related to the success or failure of college English teaching reform, and it is imperative that teachers and experts be discussed. It is against this background that through the teaching practice of college English general education, it is necessary to reflect on its own teaching so as to provide good suggestions for the development of general education.
