为满足我国铁路车辆用钢更新换代的需要,提高铁路车辆的耐大气腐蚀性能,研制出了低合金新钢种08CuPVXt 钢。本文对该钢和对比钢A3、16Mn、Cor-TenA,用静态挂片、室内加速腐蚀试验及电化学测试方法,研究了其耐蚀性能。此外,还对与之匹配的焊接材料,进行了耐蚀性能的探讨。结果表明。08CuPVXt 钢是一种较好的耐大气腐蚀的低合金钢,达到了进口 Cor-TenA 钢的水平,比 A3钢有大幅度提高。J 502、J 506焊条,可与母材08CuPVXt 钢匹配使用。
In order to meet the need of upgrading and replacing steel for railway vehicles in our country, and to improve the atmospheric corrosion resistance of railway vehicles, 08CuPVXt steel has been developed. In this paper, the steel and the comparative steel A3,16Mn, Cor-TenA, with static coupons, indoor accelerated corrosion test and electrochemical test methods to study the corrosion resistance. In addition, the matching of the welding material, corrosion resistance were discussed. The results show. 08CuPVXt steel is a good low atmospheric corrosion resistant alloy steel, reached the level of imported Cor-TenA steel, a substantial increase over A3 steel. J 502, J 506 welding rod, can be matched with the base material 08CuPVXt steel.
