企业剩余索取权的安排直接影响到企业的运作效率和目标实现。剩余索取权在利益相关者之间的分配经历了由对立—有限合作—互惠合作的]进模式。在利益相关者之间互惠合作的安排模式是现代企业高效运作的必然要求。由于团队生产的普及和人的机会主义行为的加剧,锁住管理者的手和信任机制的建立,是实现利益相关者之间互惠合作的有效路径安排。
The arrangement of the residual claim of the enterprise directly affects the operation efficiency and the goal realization of the enterprise. The distribution of residual claims among stakeholders has undergone a paradigm shift from antagonism to limited cooperation to reciprocal cooperation. The mode of arrangement of mutually beneficial cooperation among stakeholders is a necessary requirement for the efficient operation of modern enterprises. Due to the popularization of team production and the increase of people’s opportunistic behavior, the establishment of lock-up managers’ hands and trust mechanisms is an effective route for realizing the mutually beneficial cooperation among stakeholders.
