目的:建立羟氯喹治疗口腔扁平苔藓前后的血清双向电泳图谱,比较血清中差异表达的蛋白质,探讨羟氯喹治疗口腔扁平苔藓的可能作用机制。方法:收集羟氯喹治疗口腔扁平苔藓前后的血清,提取相应蛋白,采用双向凝胶电泳和基质辅助激光解吸/电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)分析鉴定表达差异量较大的蛋白质点,确定所分析的蛋白质类型和功能。采用SAS 9.12软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:纤溶酶原前体、载脂蛋白A-的前体、补体C4A/C4B、C2的前体、VitD结合蛋白和假设蛋白在羟氯喹治疗口腔扁平苔藓前后的血清中存在差异表达,差异有显著性。结论:纤溶酶原前体、载脂蛋白A-的前体、补体C4A/C4B、C2的前体、VitD结合蛋白和假设蛋白在羟氯喹治疗口腔扁平苔藓前后的血清中存在差异表达,但结果有待进一步验证。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a two-dimensional electrophoresis pattern of hydroxychloroquine before and after treatment of oral lichen planus, to compare differentially expressed proteins in serum and to explore the possible mechanism of hydroxychloroquine treatment of oral lichen planus.
