现代教育倡导以自主、探究、合作的学习方式。教学民主是主体性教学的前提,是创新教育的基础。离开了教学民主,课程改革就不能真正落到实处。但是,我们教师常常忽视了教育的民主性,或者实施了超民主,师生之间、生生之间的正常的互动受到遏制,课堂教学效果不佳。因而教学实践中,我们必须把握教学民主的重心,克服教学民主的两个极端。
Modern education advocates autonomous, inquiry and cooperative learning. Teaching democracy is the premise of subjective teaching and the foundation of innovation education. Without teaching democracy, curriculum reform can not really be implemented. However, teachers often neglect the democratic nature of education or implement ultra-democracy. Normal interaction between teachers and students and between life and life are contained and classroom teaching is ineffective. Therefore, in teaching practice, we must grasp the focus of teaching democracy and overcome the two extremes of teaching democracy.
