教学评价改革是新课程改革的一项重要内容,改革的目标是改变教学评价过分强调甄别与选拔的功能,发挥评价促进学生发展、教师提高和改进教学实践的功能。基于对初中英语新教材使用中教学评价遭遇困惑的反思,提出应对策略:完善教学评价需要建立教师终身学习机制;澄清教学评价的质量标准与价值取向;消解二元评价体系,实现高考制度与义务教育阶段教学评价的良性联动;完善教材编审制度,提升教学评价能力。
