随着互联网时代的到来和电信全业务经营的放开,中国电信作为传统宽带主导运营商的地位正面临着前所未有的威胁与挑战。竞争对手无论是从网络建设还是业务资费方面都开始逐渐发力,尤其是以低价倾销抢夺市场,造成中国电信宽带市场占有率及续费率的下滑。笔者试着通过波特的“五力竞争模型”对中国电信宽带的核心竞争力进行界定和分析,并在此基础上全面探讨如何加强核心竞争力建设,保持电信宽带业务长期稳定增长。
With the advent of the Internet age and the liberalization of telecom business operations, China Telecom is facing the unprecedented threat and challenge as the dominant traditional broadband operator. Competitors began to exert their efforts both in terms of network construction and business tariffs. In particular, they dumped the market at a low price and caused a decline in the market share and renewal rate of China’s telecom broadband market. The author attempts to define and analyze the core competitiveness of China Telecom broadband through Porter’s “Five Forces Competitive Model” and on this basis comprehensively discusses how to strengthen the core competitiveness and maintain the long-term and steady growth of telecommunications broadband business.
