目的:评估西小江柯桥段饮用水的健康风险。方法:2013-2015年对西小江柯桥段进行监测采样,检测指标包括9项毒理指标和6项一般化学指标。应用美国环保局推荐的健康风险模型进行健康风险评估。结果:2013-2015年西小江柯桥段饮用水合格率为95.8%(23/24份)。2013-2015年的健康风险值依次为4.94×10-05、4.33×10-05、3.60×10-05/a。15项指标的健康危害个人年平均风险由高至低依次为铬>砷>镉>铜>铅>硝酸盐>氟化物>铁>汞>锰>锌>氨氮>硒>氰化物>挥发酚类。结论:西小江沿岸饮用水的健康风险均低于美国环境保护署和国际辐射防护委员会推荐的最大可接受水平。可能不会对暴露人群构成明显危害。
Objective: To assess the health risk of drinking water in Keqiao Section of Xixiao River. Methods: From 2013 to 2015, samples of Keqiao section of Xijiang River were monitored and sampled. The detection indexes included nine toxicological indexes and six general chemical indexes. Apply the health risk model recommended by the US Environmental Protection Agency for health risk assessment. Results: The passing rate of drinking water in Keqiao Section of Xijiao River during 2013-2015 was 95.8% (23/24). The health risk values in 2013-2015 are 4.94 × 10-05,4.33 × 10-05,3.60 × 10-05 / a in turn. The average annual risk of health hazards of 15 indicators was chrome> arsenic> cadmium> copper> lead> nitrate> fluoride> iron> mercury> manganese> zinc> ammonia nitrogen> selenium> cyanide> volatile phenol . Conclusion: The health risks of drinking water along the Xijiang River are lower than the maximum acceptable levels recommended by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the International Commission on Radiological Protection. It may not pose a significant hazard to the exposed population.
