目的:观察蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的显微手术治疗疗效。方法:回顾性分析50例患有蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者的临床资料,30例患有内侧型,20例患有外侧型。结果:对患者均接受显微外科方面的手术,并且按Simpson手术分级对手术结果进行评定。肿瘤全切(Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级)的患者共有39例,Ⅲ级切除7例;Ⅳ级切除4例。没有出现手术死亡案例,在术后并发视力下降的患者有1例,局部瘫痪的患者有1例。结论:在治疗中,选择准确的手术方式,使用精细的显微外科的科学技术,能够充分的保证与肿瘤粘连的血管、神经的前提下,能够使肿瘤最大限度地进行切除治疗,这样能够明显的提高治疗的疗效,并且能够使肿瘤复发减少。对不能全切的患者案例,在术后接受科学的放疗,也能够减少肿瘤的复发几率。
Objective: To observe the effect of microsurgical treatment of sphenoid ridge meningioma. Methods: The clinical data of 50 patients with sphenoid ridge meningioma were retrospectively analyzed. Thirty patients had medial type and 20 patients had lateral type. RESULTS: All patients underwent microsurgery and were evaluated for Simpson’s surgical outcome. Total tumor resection (Ⅰ, Ⅱ grade) in patients with a total of 39 cases, Ⅲ grade resection in 7 cases; Ⅳ grade resection in 4 cases. There were no cases of surgical death, 1 case of postoperative visual acuity decline, and 1 case of partial paralysis. Conclusion: In the treatment, the choice of accurate surgical methods, the use of fine microsurgical science and technology, can fully guarantee the tumor adhesion of blood vessels, nerves, under the premise of the tumor can be the maximum resection treatment, which can be obvious Improve the efficacy of the treatment, and can reduce the recurrence of the tumor. The case of patients can not be fully cut, receiving scientific radiotherapy after surgery, can also reduce the chance of tumor recurrence.
