辽河油田地处辽南河套、滩海地区，因此建造大型储罐必须提高软土地基的承载力。1994年在3台2万m3浮顶油罐的基础施工中，采用砂桩、钢筋混凝土环梁内全砂垫层的地基处理方法，经试水沉降、投产运行观测，基础沉降量在规范允许范围内，能满足正常生产的需要。
Liaohe Oilfield is located in the Hetao and beach areas of South Liaoning, so the construction of large storage tanks must increase the bearing capacity of soft soils. In foundation construction of three 20,000 m3 floating roof tanks in 1994, ground treatment methods using sand piles and full sand cushions in reinforced concrete ring beams were adopted. After the test settlement and production operation observations, the basic settlement amount was allowed in the specification. Within the scope, it can meet the needs of normal production.
